CAST AWAY THE CASTE SYSTEM

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

The article was written by Aryan….Image

Imagine being rejected by society since birth and being denied access to certain human rights because of your birth status in the community. In this article I am not pointing any person, or any group. Just I am explaining the pain that I faced in my life.

It’s the Life’s story of a person who is still treated on the status of his birth..

26 years ago……when I was 9 years old…I had a friend called Shastri.  Shastri, I and few more friends used to play every day in our street.

One day as usually after our play I, Shastri and my friends went to his house.Sastri brought me water while I was sitting in front of his grandmother. As I was drinking water, his mother asked me “my son, what is your name?”

I said “I am Aryan”

Then she asked “which community you belong to?”

What does your father do?

Till then none asked me that question, I thought for a while to make my words and said “I am from Backward Caste.”

She became serious hearing me…She shouted bluntly at shastri and forced him to not touch the glass.

All my friends were staring at me. At that moment I felt like a thief caught while robbing. Everyone there was watching me so.

While she was screaming at shastri “he was unclean, with a filthiness that had affected his family. Clean the house” I moved from there silently.

That day I understood I was born at the bottom of Hinduism’s complex social ladder.

Image  All these years many asked me the same question i.e. “Which community you belong to?”

I came from a poor family. When my mother asked for Fee concession to join me in school, school Principal asked “Which community you belong to?”

In the school I was made to sit in the Last rows, the reason is “I am from Backward Caste”.

Even my friends used to ask me frequently “Which community you belong to?”

Even the girl, who proposed me her love, left me because “I am from Backward Caste”.

In the college which I studied my Head of Department ask me “Which community you belong to?” in order to allow me for the Campus Recruitment Drive in the college.

You may believe it or not in even in one of my Job Interviews, Interviewer asked me “Which community you belong to?”

On the first day of my office, my colleague asked “Which community you belong to?”Image

I faced the same question from many individuals in every phase and turn of my life…

Years later, i.e. today people call me something else.

Life is good for me, sitting in my office with good clothes, good food, good life style; it is like I am high-caste.

In the past few years I felt Caste and caste traditions lost its grip with economic growth as well as with globalization.

Recently I went to one of my colleague’s house, when we all were taking tea and chatting, suddenly her mother asked me “which community you belong to?”

I said….“I am from Backward Caste”.

Her smile vanished slowly. She said “I’ll get snacks” and moved from there.

Then I realized My Guess was Wrong…..nothing changed……

Days passed into years, years passed into decades but Hinduism’s complex social ladder still exists as a barrier in society

In caste tradition there has been no change.

I am well settled, having great family, I haven’t got any bad habits, I am well Educated, Into Great profession, I am greeted with respect on the streets. But I am from Backward Caste…

I wish to see my future generation, where none poses the question i.e. “Which Community you belong to?”

There is no universal system of caste throughout India. Image

The castes in AndhraPradesh can be divided into two distinct categories.  Brahmin, Komati, Reddy, Kamma, Velama, Kapu, Nayudu, Relli, Mala, Madiga, Yeraka, Yanadi etc., castes are based on their tribal, cultural and religious differences, while the castes like Chakali (washerman), Kummari (potter), Kammari (smith), Kamsali (goldsmith), Mangali (barber) etc are based on their duties.

With a few exceptions like the Brahmin caste, all these castes are uniquely localized in AndhraPradesh.  Each caste has a deity and distinct social formalities. The interaction between various castes is difficult because of these religious, cultural and tribal considerations.

Today, all the castes (tribes) in AndhraPradesh are categorized into four groups, viz., Forward Communities (FC), Backward Communities (BC), Scheduled Castes (SC), and Scheduled Tribes (ST).

What Do we Get?

I would like mention few funny, senseless & useless actions that many perform in their day-to-day life with casteism roots in their mind.

By appending community name with individuals name What Do we Get?

What Do we Get? by celebrating Film Actors birthday or Movie Release who belong to our community.

What Do we Get? by placing Community Persons names to geographical places

What Do we Get? by rejecting marriage proposals of children who like to marry other caste or religion person.

What Do we Get? by allowing only few community individuals into temples.

By conducting community gatherings What Do we Get?

By placing the pics or images of our community leaders What Do we Get?

By moving close with own community people What Do we Get?

By criticizing others based on race, caste, religion What Do we Get?

Even though there is no benefit from political leaders to society Why Do People support such leaders by considering community.

Why Caste Discrimination is increasing in colleges, offices.

Why to include caste, religion options in the school admission, college admission, job applications.

Think Before You Act. Community of an Individual is not Important, Character of an Individual is Important.

I don’t understand what the hell people are going to get with this diversity basing on Caste.

Did Caste  Give Birth to You…?

Is Caste going to keep you into Correct Path…?

Is Caste going to teach you Morals….?

Is Caste going to provide you livelihood or Job..?

Is Caste going to Feed You for lifelong…?

Is Caste going to change your life…?

Is Caste going to Educate you or make you literate..?

Is Caste going to fetch you Fame, Name and Health ….?

Is Caste going to make you Rich.?

Is Caste going to drag the people towards you…?

Is Caste going to add meaning to your Life….?

Is Caste going to make you Immortal?

Is Caste going to change your fate or fortune?

Image

The strife between various groups is part of a worldwide phenomenon, which affected all kinds of human relations for thousands of years.

The reasons for hostilities between different tribes/castes/religions/nationalities are mostly prejudice, jealousy, self-righteousness, partisan politics etc.,

Caste System discharges many dysfunctions. These are listed below.

  • Social Problems
  •  Social Inequality
  • Oppose to Democracy
  • Hindrance to the Development of personality
  • Obstacle to social progress
  • Obstacle to social unity
  • Retards Social Solidarity
  • Untouchability
  • Denies of Mobility of Labor

To avoid caste, creed feelings , lets stop differentiating and praising high or low about our religion and lets think each one as humans.
Government should stop asking about community certificates for admissions in schools and colleges.
Allotting admission seats into medical / engineering colleges based on caste should be avoided, rather it should be taken in a very fair manner or every candidate should be given opportunities,if not in that university he/she should be given seat into some other university, nominated by the government alone.

Today I think total INDIA is rooted up with the caste feeling. Many are suffering from it….

Now-a-days there is big caste feeling..but i think this is not good..for any development of human society..this is bad disease than AIDS.. so..avoid the caste feeling.

I need answers for some of the questions…..

First of all….

What is Castism???
Why this Castism???????
What is the use of castism??
Will caste helps us in any way??
Why the same caste people will group up??
Why don’t they involve other people to join them??
Why don’t they help other castes people??
Is there any way to eradicate the caste feeling in schools, colleges, offices, society, etc??
How to motivate people who feel proud of showing racial feeling???

Will there be change in the mind sets of people????

Ways to Handle Castism:

1.Do not ask caste/religion in any application form or in any survey/census like admission to school, ration card, job application etc.
2 Provide reservation to jobs and higher education in following manner: Farmer’s sons 30%, rural people 10%, physically handicapped 5% and women 5%. No reservations should be caste/religion based.
3. Abolish Waif Boards and Waif portfolio.
4. Remove religion from governance. Government should have no say in religion. Government should concentrate only on economic issues should keep quite when it comes to religion.
5.Make family planning compulsory and no one should be spared.
6. Uniform Civil Code be brought making all religions equal in the eyes of law

Is it wrong to ask this question…? If it is a mistake to ask this question…you may remove this thread…!

Image

I personally think,  One should have respect towards their community, but it doesn’t mean that we have to hurt the feelings, opinions, beliefs and restrict the freedom of others.

Finally I would like to conclude .. India is a country with diversity.so we should learn to tolerate and respect each others religions, caste.we should abolish religion or caste based organizations.

We, the people of India, should unite and work together for the country’s progress.we should show unity in diversity. We should abolish the system of casteism  ,racism.we should also educate others about it. Every one of us got birth in the similar fashion, with the purpose to lead a happy, meaningful and peaceful life.

Please Live and Let Live….

Please feel free to share your story and any lessons you learned, you experienced , you came across in your life in the comments below.

World of Game Testers

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

The article was written by Janarthan….

Game testing, a subset of game development, is a software testing process for quality control of video games. The primary function of game testing is the discovery and documentation of software defects (bugs). Interactive entertainment software testing is a highly technical field requiring computing expertise, analytic competence, critical evaluation skills, and endurance. In recent years the field of game testing has come under fire for being excessively strenuous and unrewarding, both financially and emotionally.

Game Testing industry is expanding really fast and now there are many “game design” and “video game testing” openings available in market. Here is a very interesting article on game testing which will give you a brief idea about game testing industry!

Introduction To Game Testing Industry :

The video game testing industry is set to become the largest industry. In spite of the recession, there was no dearth in the sales of the game titles, although the game console sales were hit and the game testing companies had to revamp their strategies.

Gaming had its ups and downs over the years but it continues to grow leaps and bounds. Facebook application games are really path breaking with budding developers experimenting their knowledge. Episodic games are the new thing. Games for the iPhone are the new frontier.

So, no one in the game industry knows where games will be even two or three years from now. The only thing they know is that everything is changing and that the games that are released in a few years will be different from what we have now.

Getting a video game tester job is not necessarily very easy. The prime qualifications for the job / career is the ability to be a qualified video games player, playing at every level, and using as many pathways in as many different combinations as possible.

Following Jobs are made available by Gaming Industry:

  • Video game programming Jobs (designing video games)
  • Video game testing jobs

Designing Video games requires skilled and experienced video game designers. Testing video games is equally challenging as game tester needs to have a solid writing skill, very good communication skill and habit to keep attention for details.

Video game testers play critical role in game development industry. As video game programmers spend years deigning video games and video game tester needs to make sure it’s ready for release in very short time span.

Video game testing plays a crucial role in the development of new video games. Game testers put games through the paces while still in development and when finished, to ensure gamers have a good experience. Game testers conduct video game QA, or quality assurance, finding mistakes, bugs and other problems that could annoy or turn off the gaming community if they’re not fixed.

Game Testing Process?

Computer games take from one to three years to develop (depending on scale). Testing begins late in the development process, sometimes from halfway to 75% into development (it starts so late because, until then, there is little to play or test).

Once the testers get a version, they begin playing the game. Testers must carefully note any errors they uncover. These may range from bugs to art issues to logic errors. Some bugs are easy to document but many are hard to describe and may take several steps to describe so a developer can replicate or find the bug. On a large-scale game with numerous testers, a tester must first determine whether the bug has already been reported before they can log the bugs themselves. Once a bug has been reported as fixed, the tester has to go back and verify that the fix works – and occasionally return to verify that is has not reappeared.

Game Testing Strategy:

Evaluation of game rules:

Game rules adequately explain operation of all components of the game including features, free games etc. Game functions as defined by rules.

UI, Functional, Performance and Compatibility test:

Verify Games outcome and data are correctly shown when games are played. Verify Game Functionality such as Game Progress, game outcomes, handling of incomplete and re-started games, multi player games.

Verification the Integration points:

Check if game win determination aligns with game rules.

Reviewing gaming procedures:

Procedures will be reviewed by System management, player account management, tournaments and promotions.

Infrastructure and security review:

Require to verify all equipment and network implementation. Secure and reliable operation for example time synchronization, OS reliability and security.

How to Test Games?

This process is almost similar to product or web application testing. Here is the typical game testing process:

Identification: First analyze and identify the game rules and behavior

Functional Testing: Ensure game works as intended. This also includes integration testing with third party tools used if any.

OS and Browser compatibility: Most critical game testing part is to ensure game works on required Operating systems. For online games check functionality on all intended browsers.

Performance testing: This becomes critical for online games if gaming site handles betting on game. Game testers must verify if Game Testing site smoothly handles customer load.

Multi player Testing: For multi player games you need to verify the game functionality to handle all players and functionality with fair distribution of game resources to all players.

Reporting: Bug reporting to developers. Bug evidence need to produced and submitted through bug reporting system.

Analysis: Developers hold the responsibility to fix the bugs.

Verification: After the fix, bug need to be verified by the testers to confirm that it shouldn’t reappear.

1.       Check for background music and sound effects

– User won’t like if your game takes lot of device space, so keep one eye on game file size

19.   Device, OS

– Check in supported screen sizes and os versions

20.   Depends on platform

– Sometime we need to check as per os guidelines as well. For ex in Wp7 we need to check in 2 backgrounds (light/dark).

Game Testing Tips/secrets:

1) Understand Random Number Generator evaluation (RNG): This is very important to add unpredictability in game. In most games this RNG system is used to map game outcomes.

2) First identify the “game algorithm” from Source code to identify issues in game application.

3) Verify the source code for appropriate use of random numbers and error handling. (Only if you know the source code)

4) Validate and evaluate the game predefined rules.

5) Verify consistency of game rules.

6) Make sure offensive content or material is never displayed.

7) Regularly Check Game history and system event logs.

8 ) Make sure Games outcome are displayed for a reasonable time.

9) Irrespective of Single/Multi player games we need to validate bandwidth and client software.

10) Verify Minimum/maximum limits of bets, deposits and other critical game symbols.

11) Verify correct game and system operation after game fail over and recovery.

12) Always verify all reports for data accuracy. Verify reports for date, time, number of wins, money etc.

13) Test System requirements. This is very important in game testing. Verify all the infrastructure and security requirements, Game equipment, network and game synchronization with OS.

14) Make sure sufficient information is always available to users to protect game players.

Game Testing Jobs:

Gaming field is getting much better day by day and Game Career as a Game designer or tester is very bright. There are many game testing professionals making decent amount of money as a video game testers, working from home. Present Internet generation bringing massive innovations and scope to grow. IT and Non-IT people are willing to spend their free time to play online and video games. “Game testing from home” is now a new trend to earn money. We can clearly see that it’s getting into our daily activities.

If anyone of you is trying hard getting into gaming industry then you need to have interest and passion that drives you to success. Due to addition of vast and complex new games, Game QA is no longer less technical than general software QA. Game testing was widely considered as a “stepping stone” position but now it’s becoming full-time job opportunities for experienced testers.

If you have passion for games and good understanding of testing methodologies, becoming a successful game tester is not difficult for you!

Don’t let the word “game” in this job title fool you. Video game testing is a serious Job. If you think it involves whiling away the hours playing the latest games, think again. Video game testing can be as tedious and frustrating as any job. It requires an organized, disciplined approach to product testing and not just finding new ways to score high or beat the game.

Video game testers must have lots of patience, be methodical in their approach and have a keen eye for details. They must be good communicators and have some understanding of computer hardware and software. And, of course, it helps to have awesome controller skills and the hand-eye coordination needed to navigate through multiple levels of increasing challenges. Yes, being good at  video games is helpful to video game testers (but not absolutely necessary)!

Most Annoying Traits in Co-Workers

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

The article was written by Sravani….

I work in a reputed organization as a Software Engineer. All these years I met different people of different mindsets, but for the first time I felt quiet irritated with the people around me in My Work Environment.

Everyone has annoying co-workers. Dealing with co-workers who are annoying is part of the job, so everyone needs to know how to effectively deal with them. Dealing with annoying co-workers also helps in dealing with other difficult people in daily life, so learning strategies to deal with annoying co-workers can assist in personal interactions as well.
The most Annoying traits that I found in the people around me.

I have looked at some traits that I dislike in other people and hopefully am teaching my friends to avoid. I think if people could rid themselves of the following traits the World might be a better place.

Un-Invited-(Meaning =Persons who tries to indulge in the personal matters of others, persons who interfere unnecessarily). Simply we can say, these kinds of people are the worst humans on the planet. Personally few of my office mates tries to interfere in others personal matters. At that time I feel like slapping on their face, but due to few reasons I can’t do that. I don’t understand what people get , if they interfere in others matters. How can they be such shameless, senseless & manners-less bloody creatures.

“If we are rude and get a reputation for it we will continue to be rude” It’s the human tendency.

Conceited – (Meaning = Holding a high opinion of yourself) Much like arrogance and just as annoying. It great to have a good opinion of yourself but when it is displayed to others in a manner as to make others feel small it can be very unpleasant.

Condescending – (Meaning = showing or implying a usually patronizing descent from dignity or superiority). This is another trait which rile me. Of course this is open to interpretation in many cases. On a few occasions I have asked people if they are meaning to sound condescending and often they are embarrassed and explain that it was not their intention,so it can be a tricky one.

Show-off-(Meaning =means to boast, to act big, to demonstrate a skill or knowledge excessively & who wants themselves 2 b noticed by everyone). Side to my cabin there is a person who tries to show-off. I got fed up with his unrealistic words, actions, thoughts. He behaves as if he knows everything, but not at all.

Arrogant– (Meaning  = unpleasantly proud and behaving as if you are more important than, or know more than, other people). We’ve all come across people like this. When I think of the arrogant people I have met it seems to be mainly men that display this trait. I have also noticed that it seems to be a class trait i.e. people who are in the ‘upper class’ be arrogant with the ‘lower classes’

Sneaky-(Meaning =To behave in a cowardly or servile manner, to act in a stealthy and cowardly manner; to behave with meanness and servility; to crouch). Sneaky person who walks quietly behind you in your cubicle to grab a sneak  at your work, hoping to find an idea he can steal?

What about a person who tries to use the use the machine of the co-workers in their absence? What about the person who in every conversation points out the inefficiency of others or the process as if we don’t already know?

The person that refuses to answer a direct question because they fear they’re going to be judged and wastes time by avoiding?

Bragging-(Meaning   =an instance of boastful talk, speaking of yourself in superlatives). Bragging was agreed by all to be a very annoying characteristic. Some believed that bragging seemed to be the only reason these people ever achieved anything – so they could brag about it afterwards. Bragging about one’s children was also frowned upon, not only was it unpleasant to experience but it was thought to have a negative effect on the children who were bragged about.

Rudeness – (Meaning = not polite; offensive or embarrassing) When I think of people who are rude I tend to think of some experienced dealing with fresher’s in the organization. Many feel that they know lot and everything. They ill treat others. I don’t understand what they think of others, after all they were placed just before us that’s it, nothing more.

Needy-(Meaning =People who use the other people to satisfy their needs).Everyone has an occasion when they will need the help of friends or family. However, when that becomes a constant occurrence, it becomes extremely annoying to everyone around. Needy people tend to drain the life and most often the money out of friends, relatives and coworkers.

Eventually, relationships will be ruined because others can no longer support the needy person — either emotionally or financially.

Domineering – (Meaning = inclined to rule arbitrarily or despotically; overbearing; tyrannical:
domineering parents. People who try to control others are not a good trait at all. Again this can often be seen in the office. They advice others on everything, as if they are perfect at everything.

The Fun-Sucker: These people are the worst. When you make a sarcastic remark, even if everyone else in the room is cracking up, the Fun-Sucker just stares at you as if you’re the stupidest person in the history of the planet. Fun-Suckers are basically sore losers who want the attention for themselves at all times, and no matter how genius or hilarious your comment may be, they won’t crack so much as a grin. They’re selfish, tend to be music snobs, and have been known to enjoy granola bars. Watch out.

Dishonesty – (Meaning = not honest) The trait that I abhor the most in people! Everybody lies whether it be a white lie or a big ‘honestly I didn’t kill him’ lie. However when someone lies constantly it is very irritating and annoying especially after you have pointed out that you know they are lying and they continue with it. If you are honest all the time it will lead to people trusting you more and valuing your opinion more.

The Hypocrite: Hypocrites are almost worse than liars: they’re not only lying to you, they’re lying to themselves. They gossip about their best friends and then freak out when they hear someone else do the same; they preach against cheating on tests, but are always looking over your shoulder in Calculus.

Hypocrites are in a permanent stage of denial, and somebody needs to slap them with a dead squirrel. Just don’t kill the squirrel yourself, because that would be creepy and gross.

Temperamental – (Meaning = describes someone whose mood tends to change very suddenly) Sorry ladies, but I have found the most temperamental people tend to be female, especially if you’ve ever worked in an office.

Unreliable – (Meaning = cannot be relied or depended upon) another trait that can extremely annoying. Again we’ve all come across people like this at work, at school, at university, in fact every area of life. We also know, very quickly, not to rely on that person for anything.

If you recognize yourself in the list above? If you do it is easy to rid yourself of these traits. The main trick is to recognize it when it happens. As soon as you recognize you can change you. For the next few days be aware of how you interact with people around you, listen to your language, be aware of what you do when you are listening, and be aware of what you do when you are talking.

Co-workers have the ability to make a work environment pleasant or horrible. Annoying co-workers aren’t just a nuisance; they can make a work environment miserable. Dealing with an annoying co-worker every day leads to an increase in stress, which can lead to numerous health problems, including high blood pressure and frequent headaches.

Make sure to establish boundaries early on. If someone sitting and chatting with you, involving in personal matters, making fun in unrelenting matters, for extended periods is bothersome, find an excuse to get him/her out. Take a bathroom break; explain that time constraints exist, ask him not to disturb you or  ask him to shut his mouth. In cases of brown-nosing or other public annoyances, sometimes it’s just necessary to avoid these people when possible. Getting along with everyone is not possible, but civility is always necessary. If the annoyance turns into a problem that affects productivity or job satisfaction, talk to a manager to determine which options are available to remedy the situation.

Please feel free to share your story and any lessons you learned, you experienced , you came across in your life in the comments below.

THE UNSPOKEN WORDS

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

The article was written by Susheel Sylaja….

Mother is the best gift that has given to us by god. Having them is such a thankful and splendid treasure in our life.

Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to love and be loved.

It was 5.30 pm. I was on the terrace enjoying the sunset. It was a pleasant evening. As usual I was enjoying the wind on my face. My mobile rang. I checked the number, it was my father.

With smile on my face and with anxiety I attended the call, He asked me to start to my home place immediately.

When I reached my home I was informed that my mother was suffering with health problem and she was admitted in hospital.

I was confused because I was never before exposed to such situations.

I regained my senses and my speech after a while.

We know that our time on earth is finite. Still, it is one of the most painful experiences in life.

Doctor predicted “she took all her way and finally she is well.”

I took my confidence and I tried to care her taking all my chance to serve her. But every time I tried to care for her by feeding her or cleaning her, she pushed me away softly.

I realized she did not want me to take care of her.

Because like many other grandparents and mothers do, she gave all her love for granted so she didn’t want me to take care of her.

The way I sat beside her she realized I can take care of her.Somewhere e in her confused mind there is a moment of understanding then she gave me the opportunity to serve her.

I remembered

“The days I spent with my parents were the best days in my childhood. I demanded love and attention from them and I always got it.”

When I moved ahead busy with my goals, career and life….., she used to call me at least  once a week. She used to note my wellness and health. But, I hadn’t called her even once.

I realized how much of their love we had taken for granted.

My mother spent 50 years of her life. “She” a wife and a mother of three children defended the world for her children.

When everything was lost there she fought and she lived with a hope that her children would defend her.

It is said that behind every successful person there is a woman. That may not necessarily be true; however it is true that behind every confident child there is an encouraging mother. Day after day in our impressionable years our mothers either build us up, or tear us down. A child who has a mother who is set on encouraging her/him is a child that starts off with an advantage. Our mothers may not be rich enough to leave us a financial legacy when they go, but a mother who sows encouragement into her child’s heart gives the greatest legacy of all.

Her smile-her rejection, her laugh-her anger, her presence and I looking after her are deeply overwhelming.

That moment I realized the unspoken words.

It is incredible how much comfort can be found in little things.

We live each moment just heartbeats away from our beloved people so please ensure that on any given day we say the things that we would most want the important people in our lives to know.”

A small piece of advice my dear friends, fall back to your parents for anything and everything. I am sure that will make our lives better. Our parents may not understand all our feelings, emotions and thoughts immediately. They may not be so educated, talented & advanced; however I am sure they will make an honest attempt to understand us at any case. And, that attempt would always make the result fruitful. It is because they deny something or go against some of our decisions it does not mean they will do it always. They always understand and all ears to us with an unlimited unconditional eternal love. Please understand your parents & respect the love, hope, dreams & the faith that they kept on you…I sincerely request each and everyone, please never miss your parents. They are the visible gods on earth.

There is no greater gift that you could leave behind than to have left “no words unspoken.”

FRIENDSHIP

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

“Many people will walk in out of your life. But only true friends will leave foot prints in

your heart. “
“As long as we have memories, yesterday remains.
As long as we have hope, tomorrow awaits.
As long as we have friends, our life is precious.”
“A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to
you when you have forgotten the words.’
To live in the hearts of others, we have to leave ours.
Friends are like stars. You can’t always see them, but you know they are there.
Hold a true friend with both your hands.
Friendship is one mind in two bodies.
Your friends reflect who you are.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
You need not be the first friend.
You need not be the best friend.
But try to be the everlasting friend.
   Friendship is an Art.
         Which cannot be taught?
                 It only comes from Heart.
A real friend is one who believes in you when you have lost faith in you.
My dear friends I request everyone, please don’t make friends for satisfying your personal needs. You may not know the pain that it creates, but the opposite person know it well.

My New Version Of My Life

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

The article was written by Susheel shylaja….

Few months back I met a friend, since then I known her as a bubbly beloved one. She was known for her quicksilver smile, laugh, the talk and that was her charm.

One day, my friend sat before me with warm smile.

Was she the same bubbly girl whom I met few months back? I just thought….

She has really come a long way from the time I met her, I was thrilled because her whole personality has developed, really cool.

I am listening to her words staring at her…, her lips smiled as never done before.

I said her, “I see change in you my dear”.

“Uh, only one thing has changed in me”, she replied in a sweet voice….

“What’s that?” I asked

MY smile “she said with a cute smile on her face.

Some smiles are warm while others are cold. There are real smiles and fake smiles.

I trained my lips to smile over my face and overflow into my eyes.”

I remembered her contagious laugh while she is speaking…

She said “At certain point in every one’s life some things just cause to shift your whole thinking. It may be a teacher, a mother, a pet, a stranger …………….

In my case he started a chapter to shift my whole thinking,

   “HE”…………………….

   A philosopher, a foolish…

   A teacher, UN professional…..

   A well-wisher, not my blood……

   A companion, an unacceptable…

   Unbelievable and incredible…..

The time I spent with him, the person I became,

I don’t know for what purpose, he entered into my life. He made me know the purpose of my life.

He gave his helping hand to pull me out of my horrible life, which I was leading till that moment.

He is the only Great thing, which happened to me, in all these years of my Life’s journey.

The moments that I spent with him are very precious, valuable, meaningful and unforgettable.

I learned many things through his words, actions, thoughts, ideas, ideologies, principles, behavior and approach towards life.

He is the only person, who made me realize where I am standing in this world and purpose of my Life.

He changed my entire world, he was someone who understood my pain, my demands, my happiness, my dreams, my aspirations someone who tolerated my angry but now known that it is time to move on to a newer turn.

I am one among, the luckiest humans to taste his Unconditional love.

When I lost hope and Interest on life, He entered uninvited like a Ray of Hope.

He touched me like a breeze and added everlasting fragrance to my life.

He made me, to be myself by making me as strong as his Will Power.

Initially I thought he is a part of my life, but later I Realized He is my Life.

I wish him well and thank him for adding meaning to my life.

I would like to follow his foot prints till my last breath.

Even today, I remember his first words…. “Be Yourself, Never Compromise in Life”.

I know for sure I will live like this for the rest of my life with the hope that was given by him.

While she was speaking I observed her eyes were intense, still with warm smile on her lips

My friend has made a decision to take her share from life with her smile magically.

But she never knows it is the shadow in her made a decision reaching out for change.

TO BE WHOLE AGAIN

Each minute of our life is a lesson but most of us fail to read it. I thought I would just add my daily lessons & the lessons that I learned by seeing the people around here. So it may be useful for you and as memories for me…….

The article was written by Susheel….

It’s just not a writing; It’s the life of a person with unconditional love, who touched my heart with love and added fragrance to my life.

In his words……

I faintly remember being wheeled into hospital. Someone was talking to me. I opened my eyes for few seconds only to close them again.

I remember pain; when probe was inserted into by body. I felt disgusting. I remember being helped onto bed. I tried to open my eyes, but couldn’t.

I felt a hand on my forehead, opened my eyes to see my beloved one but……… reality was in front of me.

Fear ran through me, my love will never be back. For a moment, I reflected back on my past. Every moment flashed in my eyes…

Who had not valued my shared love enough?

I felt it is tough to walk away from the world, that I created bit by bit over years but not one emotion out all of them has a trace of regret. I cherish the moments I spent with my love but doesn’t wish to relive the old times.

When the commitment is dishonored, the least one can do is to honor oneself.

From then I started my journey like a breeze touching each and every soul with love and care..

I fought and fighting the pain, pain of me and pain of my people.

I spent many sleepless nights, to make my people sleep comfortably, by taking their pain on shoulders. I never help anyone, but I make them to help themselves.

I decided to leave my emotions, wishes, interests, ideals, goals because, they are not so important than my fellow beings. From that day I started to treat everyone as part of my family and I started feeling responsible.

I decided to leave my Heart to live in the Heart of others.

I took an oath to make myself as a foot path, to make fellow beings to reach their destination safely.

I helped me to know the value of miracle called “Life” for which all takes for granted but for which I was willing to fight till the end.

Sustaining my hope to make sustain my people hope. Even though I lost Hope on my life, I like to fill the Hope in the lives of fellow beings.

In my life’s journey I met thousands of people who left their foot prints in my life. Each one is unique and relation with each one is a lesson, memory, experience and a sweet pain.

No matter what happened, no matter how many times I fall apart, I gather myself and ready to fight.

I am just a business man, who gather love and sell it to people, in return of love.

I Realized and making others realize, falling apart is to become whole again

Fiinally I can say onething, that my life is a journey with no destination, moving forward in search of love by spreading love to the people, who are in need of it.
