I’m Munna PraWiN, and that’s also how you’ll find me online. My journey spans over two decades of international experience in Software Quality Assurance/Control, Agile delivery, Product Development and healthcare technology leadership. But beyond titles and timelines, what truly defines me is simple: I love what I do. That passion keeps me learning, evolving, and pushing my limits every single day.

Today, I serve as the Head of Operations & Product Delivery at SmartLife Health and the Founder of BuildingMinds Technologies. Across both organizations, I lead diverse, high-performing teams with one shared mission—to build meaningful healthcare technology that improves patient care, simplifies clinical workflows, and empowers healthcare professionals.

At SmartLife, I oversee strategic delivery across platforms such as SmartFiler and SmartSearches, ensuring seamless execution while fostering collaboration between clinical, technical, and operational teams. Through BuildingMinds, I drive our vision of building agile, scalable, and NHS-integrated solutions aligned with major healthcare systems like EMIS, S1, and NHS APIs—positioning us at the forefront of healthtech innovation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, but more than degrees or job titles, it is curiosity, discipline, and consistency that have shaped my professional path. Agile is not just a framework for me—it is a mindset. By strengthening CI/CD pipelines, delivery governance, and operational workflows, I’ve helped teams reduce release cycles, elevate product quality, and scale with confidence.

Before this chapter, my role as an Agile Delivery Manager at Medloop further sharpened my ability to lead multi-geographic, cross-functional teams, ensuring quality delivery at every sprint. Over time, my experience has expanded across operations, financial analysis, project management, and customer relationship management—all focused on one outcome: creating impact that truly matters.

My world beyond work

My life feels full because my family is full. A loving mom, a brilliant dad, caring sisters, my ever-loving wife, our wonderful child, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins—and of course, my beloved pet Shadow, who is truly one of life’s sweetest gifts. Friends are my extended family, and over the years this circle has only grown richer and stronger.

Everything I am today—and everything I hope to become—is deeply rooted in the love, values, and support of my family and friends. They are my foundation and my strength.

Why I started this blog

There’s a saying I’ve always believed in:

“The biggest ideas in life are often expressed in the fewest words.”

I’ve felt the truth of this many times. I’ve been deeply inspired by thinkers and writers from both the East and the West. For a long time, I carried a quiet dream of starting a space that could give back—especially to young students and professionals in India and beyond.

This blog is that dream taking shape.

Here, I share thoughts shaped by experience, learning, mistakes, leadership, failure, growth, and reflection. I may borrow wisdom from many voices, but values, I believe, are universal—valid across time, culture, and borders.

I truly believe that the youth are the inheritors of tomorrow. They deserve guidance, confidence, clarity, and inspiration to step into the future with courage and purpose. This blog is my small but sincere effort in that direction.
